MHCN’s Mental Health Carer Advocacy Network is a co-designed advocacy database and resource for mental health carers, families, communities, kinship groups, and interested individuals. It will assist those looking to engage and upskill in care and advocacy, and learn about carer issues and the health system. It is also a resource for the mental health sector and carer services to engage carer lived experience in their work!
If you are a NSW-based person and a family member, community member, or part of a kinship group/s with experience of caring for someone with mental health issues and/or emotional distress, and have experience in advocacy or governance, MHCN would love to have you join the Governance Committee for the Mental Health Carer Advocacy Network!
This is a paid opportunity! Fore more information and to apply, download the Expression of Interest below.
