World Bipolar Day (March 30 2026) is a day for connection, outreach and coming together in solidarity around the goal of increasing awareness, acceptance and funding for bipolar disorder

Neurodiversity Celebration Week is a time to celebrate the strengths that can come with thinking differently and challenge stereotypes and misconceptions about neurodivergence.
