At Mental Health Carers NSW (MHCN) we are committed to providing relevant and high quality information and services to mental health carers in NSW. We understand that at times people may be dissatisfied with the way we have provided information or a service. We would like to hear your feedback so we can strive to do better in the future.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about Mental Health Carers NSW, you are welcome to speak to a staff member about your complaint to try to resolve the issue.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you are welcome submit a formal complaint form.

Once you have filled in the form, you can email it back to us at MHCNadmin@mentalhealthcarersnsw.org, or post it to us at our address – Suite 2.03, Level 2, 3 Spring Street, Wynyard NSW 2000.

We can arrange a complaints resolution meeting with a senior staff member/or CEO and yourself. You have the right to bring someone to the meeting, such as an advocate.

We will handle your complaint confidentially. If you wish to make an anonymous complaint, you are welcome to do so.

Compliments and Suggestions

If you have a compliment or suggestion for us, you are welcome to fill in a ‘Tell Us What You Think’ form.
