MHCN understand that at times people may be dissatisfied with the way information or a service  has been provided. MHCN welcomes feedback, including compliments, so MHCN can strive to do better in the future.

Feedback

If you have feedback, including any compliments, fill in a Feedback form and email it to: MHCNadmin@mentalhealthcarersnsw.org, or post it to:
Suite 2.03, Level 2, 3 Spring Street, Wynyard NSW 2000.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about Mental Health Carers NSW, speak to a staff member about your complaint to try to resolve the issue.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can submit a formal complaint form and email it to: MHCNadmin@mentalhealthcarersnsw.org, or post it to:
Suite 2.03, Level 2, 3 Spring Street, Wynyard NSW 2000.

MHCN can arrange a complaints resolution meeting with a senior staff member/or CEO and yourself. You have the right to bring someone to the meeting, such as an advocate.

MHCN will handle your complaint confidentially. If you wish to make an anonymous complaint, you are welcome to do so.
