
The Carer Connections Helpline aims to help connect carers, families and friends of people living with a mental health condition to helpful services and supports in their local area to better support them in their caring role.
This might be things like support groups, counselling, carer specific programs, social events, etc.

Our Helpline is staffed with friendly people who will listen to your story and experiences, and help connect you to supports or send helpful information and resources to you via email.
The Carer Connections Helpline is available Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 4.30pm excluding public holidays and end of year office shutdown.
