MHCN’s Policy and Advocacy Team has designed a survey to better understand the service experiences of carers of forensic and correctional patients.

Carer feedback was included during the survey development to ensure the content covers key areas like communication from services, carer involvement, and the support received for carers and the person they care for. The insights will help advocate for service improvements to better meet the needs of families, carers, and their loved ones.

MHCN will use the findings to inform our advocacy with government agencies and other stakeholders through feedback on policies and programs impacting forensic and correctional patients. Participation is voluntary, and responses are confidential per MHCN’s privacy policy.

The survey takes 10-15 minutes and closes on September 20th at 5pm.
