The Central Coast Carer Connections Meeting is a monthly event hosted by MHCN’s Carer Peer Network Facilitator, Douglas Holmes, run in conjunction with Central Coast ARAFMI.

It is a space for mental health carers, families, and friends of people with mental health issues to share issues happening at a grass roots level, connect with people, and talk about advocacy, carer issues, and supports available! Connection is more important than ever.

These meetings will help to inform MHCN’s policy and advocacy work and help mental health carers, families, and friends guide what areas we need to focus our attention on.
