Over the last few months, the MHCN team have been hard at work preparing for accreditation interviews that were held at our office in Wynyard last Monday and Tuesday.

Participating in accreditation has allowed MHCN to demonstrate a commitment to continuous quality improvement which will further enhance systems and processes and enable us to further engage in systemic advocacy to meet the needs of mental health carers in NSW.

Every team member played a crucial role in the process, but we would like to extend a special thank you to MHCN’s Organisation and Development officer, Laura Knight and consultant, Julie Millard, for their commitment in ensuring that accreditation standards were met.
