Hosted by MHCN’s CEO Jonathan Harms, MHCN staff and board members came together on November 16th to speak about the highlights of the 2022 – 2023 financial year, which included the presentation of our Annual Report, President’s Report, and a 2023 Staff Year in Review presentation from the MHCN team. 

We would like to welcome new board member, Elizabeth Priestley, and congratulate the MHCN board members that were re-elected; Catherine Wendell, Chris Avent and Yolande Williams. We would also like to say a special thank you to retired MCHN member, Robyn Carmody, for her service.

Three lucky MHCN members were chosen at random in our Eunice Lonergan Carer Respite Draw –  a program run by MHCN to provide mental health carers and families in NSW an opportunity to take a holiday break from their caring duties.

This program is with huge thanks to Eunice Lonergan, who kindly left a bequest to MHCN to provide carers and families in NSW this opportunity.

After the meeting, we held a special afternoon tea for Laura Knight, former MHCN team member, to celebrate her tenure at MHCN.
