Who Can Attend: CALD carers who speak Mandarin or Vietnamese and are caring for a loved one with a MI. Culturally appropriate and affordable, online option increases accessibility to a degree
Additional Information: Education sessions cover a range of topics, including info to cope with grief of diagnosis, how to care for someone living with a MI while maintaining boundaries and caring for yourself. Topics include assisting with depression, understanding MI, mindfulness, understanding schizophrenia etc.
