Description: Young Carers Connect (YCC) is a safe online space for young carers aged 12-25 years to engage with each other and find support. Join us for a series of fortnightly YCC sessions facilitated by the Young Carers Team at Carers Australia and Relationships Australia. Young Carers Connect is all about having a laugh, playing games and meeting other young people who care for others.

There are many major support systems available to you if you are caring for a loved one, friend or person with psychosocial disability and/or a mental illness. These programs are provided by both NSW state and federal government and aim to improve the wellbeing and health outcomes of families and carers and the people they support ✅

Our Navigating Carer Support Systems training session will give you general knowledge of each of the available programs so that you can confidently and effectively utilise them to your best advantage. Available in a free, online on demand module format! 💻
